چکیده
Necessary and sufficient conditions are presented for several families of planar curves to form a set stable sampling the Bernstein space BΩ over convex Ω⊂R2. These ‘essentially’ describe mobile property these Paley-Wiener spaces PWΩp,1≤p<∞.

On Optimal Sampling Trajectories for Mobile Sensing
We study the design of sampling trajectories for stable sampling and reconstruction of bandlimited spatial fields using mobile sensors. As a performance metric we use the path density of a set of sampling trajectories, defined as the total distance traveled by the moving sensors per unit spatial volume of the spatial region being monitored. We obtain new results for the problem of designing sta...
متن کاملOn 2-Dimensional Holonomy
We define the fundamental strict categorical group P2(M, ∗) of a based smooth manifold (M, ∗) and construct categorical holonomies, being smooth morphisms P2(M, ∗) → C(G), where C(G) is a Lie categorical group, by using a notion of categorical connections, which we define. As a result, we are able to define Wilson spheres in this context.
متن کاملApplication of adaptive sampling in fishery part 2: Truncated adaptive cluster sampling designs
There are some experiences that researcher come across quite number of time for very large networks in the initial samples such that they cannot finish the sampling procedure. Two solutions have been proposed and used by marine biologists which we discuss in this article: i) Adaptive cluster sampling based on order statistics with a stopping rule, ii) Restricted adaptive cluster sampling. Until...

متن کاملEfficient High-Dimensional Importance Sampling
The paper describes a simple, generic and yet highly accurate Efficient Importance Sampling (EIS) Monte Carlo (MC) procedure for the evaluation of high-dimensional numerical integrals. EIS is based upon a sequence of auxiliary weighted regressions which actually are linear under appropriate conditions. It can be used to evaluate likelihood functions and byproducts thereof, such as ML estimators...
